Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Under EU consumer protection law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU) and Finnish Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email). You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Digital content delivered with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
