Immediate Delivery of Digital Content

When you purchase digital content (e.g., digital art, downloadable files), delivery begins immediately after payment confirmation.

Consent & Waiver of Withdrawal Right

By purchasing digital content and checking the required consent checkbox at checkout, you:

1. Expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract (delivery of digital content) before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.
2. Acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered and download links have been made available to you.

This is in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m), and the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

Digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, or modification of digital content is prohibited unless explicitly stated otherwise.
